Professional and dust free bleaching powder, with strong but very delicate lifting up powder, able to bleaching the hair up to 9 tones without damaging the thin structure of the blonde hair. Its grey tone enhances the cold and extra bright shades of the Space Blonde Total Oil Color’s range.

Directions for Use: Mix well the required quantity of SPACE BLONDE “STAR POWDER” 9 tones with the proper oxidant emulsion “OXIG” and follow the needed laying time until the desired level of highlight is reached.
